T-UP Climbing Gym Xindian grades, explained

T-UP Xindian opened in October 2023 on the 7th floor of the YES!LIFE Yulon City mall in Xindian. It combines a 9 m roped wall with top-rope lanes and five auto-belays and a large bouldering area, plus a training and stretching zone. Hours follow the mall on public holidays.
Bouldering grades
Problems are graded on the V scale, from VB up to about V7/V8. The tags on start and finish holds are colour-coded by grade. A 2024 visitor's blog gives white for VB and green for V1, with yellow one step above white. Colours for harder grades were not found; the gym posts its current colour key on site.
