T-UP Climbing Gym Mingde grades, explained

T-UP Mingde opened in February 2024 in the basement of 222 Wenlin North Road, Beitou, and is the largest of T-UP's bouldering gyms. It has a competition-standard boulder wall, a spray wall, a kids' area and a stretching area, and runs youth and adult bouldering courses.
Bouldering grades
Problems are graded on the V scale, from VB up to about V7/V8. The tags on start and finish holds are colour-coded by grade. A 2024 visitor's blog gives white for VB and green for V1, with yellow one step above white. Colours for harder grades were not found; the gym posts its current colour key on site.
