Arkose Pantin grades, explained

In a converted former printing works in Pantin, north-east of Paris (Métro 5 Église de Pantin); formerly a MurMur gym. The bouldering side (850 m²) has more than 200 boulders in two zones, including a 'mushroom' and a blade-shaped wall. The rope side has over 1,000 m² of floor, walls up to 17 m high, 24 m of overhang and auto-belays.

Bouldering grades

Arkose grades boulders with colours. Its own guide lists six levels from Yellow (introduction) to Violet (expert); a third-party table also places White below Yellow. Arkose does not publish Font equivalents, so the grades below come from a third-party conversion table.
