Klättercentret grades, explained
Klättercentret is a Swedish climbing-gym company that opened its first hall in Solna, Stockholm, on Lucia day 2003 and says it is now Sweden's largest indoor-climbing operator by turnover and number of halls. It runs eight halls: Solna, Telefonplan and Akalla in Stockholm, plus Malmö, Helsingborg, Uppsala, Västerås and Partille near Gothenburg; Solna closes on 19 December 2026. Most halls have both roped walls and bouldering; Malmö is mainly a bouldering hall and Helsingborg's site describes bouldering only. A Gold card gives access to all its halls in Sweden.
Bouldering grades
Every boulder has a card at the start hold showing its grade on the French (Fontainebleau) boulder scale, from 3 up to 9A: 3, 3+, 4, 4+, 5, 5+, 6A, 6A+ and so on. The card also shows where each hand starts, and a 'top' card marks the finishing hold.
The gym grades in Font directly. Here is the range gyms usually set, in V-scale:

Klättercentret uses this grading at all its gyms. That's Klättercentret's halls in Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås and Malmö. Partille grades with overlapping colour bands and Helsingborg doesn't say, so they aren't listed here. From the gym's own grading guide. Gyms reset and regrade often, and grades vary between setters, so treat this as a guide and check the boards when you visit.
