Bloc Climbing grades, explained

Bloc Climbing is a bouldering centre on New Gatton Road in Bristol, just off junction 3 of the M32, with a 4.5 m competition wall and a Clip 'n Climb area. Sections of wall are reset every week, so each zone is updated every nine weeks.

Bouldering grades

Bloc grades on the V-scale from VB to V10. Each problem has a coloured tag for its grade, and the tag also has the grade written on it. The colour key is posted where you walk onto the mats. Short-reach problems get an extra 'no big moves' tag.
